Board Meeting

Our annual member meeting occurs in the fourth quarter of each year. We have been blessed by the welcoming staff of the Post Falls Library as they host our Board and Membership meetings. The library is located at the corners of Mullan and Spokane Streets, we generally are assigned meeting room 1 (A).

The HOA Board meets quarterly and will notify the HOA membership, so make sure the Board has your current contact email. This meeting will also be held at the library.

We have closed 2022 and began 2023 on good footing. The neighborhood remains clean, and the pavement and decorative fence along 16th were renewed. The HOA has identified some landscape projects to accomplish during the 2023 calendar year.

The HOA Board of Directors is seeking to expand its membership and invites homeowners interested in actively participating in keeping GG HOA great to send an email to the Board at [email protected] .

Homeowners willing to assist the Board will be designated as deputies of that Board position. Additionally, homeowners are needed to assist in maintaining the financial records, updating the Association's guiding documents, building a communications plan that may include newsletters and updates to the website. Board Meetings occur each quarter and are open to homeowners to attend. The next Board meeting is March 23rd, 2023, at the Post Falls Library. Should you have questions or issues for the Board to address please email them to [email protected]

Membership Meeting: According to the By-Laws, the HOA shall convene a general membership meeting during the fourth quarter of each year.

The 2023 HOA General Membership meeting will occur in the last quarter of the year at 5:30 p.m, and hosted by the Post Falls Library at the corners of Mullan and Spokane Streets.
